Privacy policy

This policy applies to the service at presetbridge.com, referred to here as Preset Bridge or Preset Bridge. It explains what information the service handles, why it is needed and the choices available to account holders.

Information we handle

Account information. Your email address, account identifier, authentication state and settings.

Cortex Cloud credentials. The email address and password you choose to store for delivery automation. These credentials are encrypted before storage and decrypted only by the worker performing the requested action.

Store and delivery information. Integration settings, product mappings, webhook identifiers and secrets, order identifiers and status, customer billing email address, Cortex Cloud username, purchased product identifiers, names and quantities, delivery attempts and outcomes.

Billing information. Credit balances, credit transactions, purchase records and Stripe customer, Checkout and payment identifiers. Stripe handles card details. Preset Bridge does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Technical information. Request times, routes, response status, error details and other records needed to operate and secure the service. Hosting providers may also process network information such as an IP address.

Website analytics. Google Analytics records pages viewed, links clicked, the referring site, approximate location, and browser and device information. Preset Bridge uses this information to understand how the website is used and find pages that need attention.

How we use information

create and secure accounts, API tokens and store integrations;
match store purchases to presets or captures;
sign in to Cortex Cloud and perform the delivery actions requested by the merchant;
retry incomplete deliveries, prevent duplicates and maintain delivery logs;
process credit purchases, apply charges and refunds, and maintain billing records;
diagnose faults, prevent abuse and support account holders; and
meet record-keeping and other legal obligations that apply to the service.

Services that process information

Preset Bridge uses Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting, authentication and data storage, Google Analytics for website usage reports, and Stripe for payment processing. It connects to Cortex Cloud to perform the actions requested by the account holder. Store platforms and webhook providers process the order information supplied by the merchant under their own terms and privacy policies. These providers may process information outside Australia.

We do not sell personal information or use order information for advertising. Information is disclosed to service providers only where needed to operate the service, respond to a lawful request, protect the service or complete an action authorised by the account holder.

Storage, retention and security

Cortex Cloud credentials are stored using AES-256 encryption. API tokens are stored as hashes, and store webhooks use per-integration signing secrets. Sensitive values and complete webhook bodies are excluded from normal delivery logs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so account holders should use a dedicated Cortex Cloud store account and a password not used elsewhere.

Stored Cortex Cloud credentials can be deleted from Settings at any time. Integration settings and tokens can also be removed or rotated. Account, delivery and billing records are kept while needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent duplicate fulfilment and meet legal or accounting obligations. Backups may retain deleted information for a limited period before being overwritten.

Your choices

You can review or change account settings, stored credentials, integrations and tokens from the Preset Bridge app. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions that cannot be handled in the app, email contact@presetbridge.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.

Preset Bridge uses browser storage and cookies for authentication, security and website analytics. Google Analytics cookies help count visits and show which pages people use. Preset Bridge does not use third-party advertising cookies. The service is intended for businesses and creators, not children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change when the service, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
