Terms of use

The service

Preset Bridge accepts signed store events and API requests, matches purchased products to presets or captures, and automates the Cortex Cloud actions needed to deliver them. The service can send friend requests, wait for friendship, share files, retry work and record delivery outcomes. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Neural DSP Technologies Oy.

Accounts and authorised use

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login, API tokens and integration secrets secure.
• You must have authority to use every Cortex Cloud account, store, preset, capture and customer record connected to the service.
• You are responsible for the notices and permissions required before sending customer information to Preset Bridge.
• You must comply with the terms that apply to Cortex Cloud, WooCommerce, Shopify, Stripe and any other connected service.
• You must not use Preset Bridge to access another person's account, distribute files without permission, evade platform limits, interfere with the service or break the law.

Credentials and store data

The service needs the credentials and order information described in the Privacy Policy to perform requested deliveries. We recommend a dedicated Cortex Cloud account used only for store fulfilment. You remain responsible for your store, customer relationship, product rights, refunds and the accuracy of product mappings and usernames.

Credits and payments

Prices, currencies, credit-pack sizes and action costs are shown before purchase or in the current pricing page. Stripe processes payments. Credits are added after payment is confirmed. A paid action is charged when it succeeds, and the service can return credits when a charged action fails. Free actions and prices may change for future use.

Except where the law requires otherwise, a completed credit purchase is not refundable merely because you change your mind or stop using the service. Email contact@presetbridge.com if a payment is duplicated, a credit purchase is not applied or the service records an incorrect charge. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability and changes

Cortex Cloud has no public sharing API, so delivery automation depends on the behaviour and availability of systems outside our control. Friendship acceptance can also require action by the customer. We do not promise uninterrupted delivery or a particular completion time. We may change, limit or stop parts of the service to maintain security, reliability or compatibility, and will avoid unnecessary disruption where practical.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to address security risks, abuse, unlawful activity, non-payment or a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can remove credentials, integrations and API tokens from the app. Some billing, security and delivery records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ownership

You keep ownership of your presets, captures, store content and other material. You give Preset Bridge only the permission needed to process that material and perform the actions you request. The service software, branding and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. The WooCommerce plugin is separately licensed under GPLv2 or later.

Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for checking mappings, store settings and delivery results, and for keeping recoverable copies of the files you sell. To the extent permitted by law, Preset Bridge is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits or failures caused by a connected platform, customer action, internet provider or configuration outside the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Changes and questions

These terms may change when the service, pricing, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published. Questions can be sent to contact@presetbridge.com.
